By applying to, joining, or using the PushSignal Affiliate Program, you agree to follow this Affiliate Policy along with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any other program instructions provided by PushSignal.

  • Commission rates may range from 0% to 20% depending on the referral source, plan, promotion, or agreement, as determined by PushSignal at any time.
  • Participation is subject to approval, tracking, and compliance with this policy.
• How It Works (Overview)
  • Sign up:
    • You simply register an account on the PushSignal platform or via the affiliate signup page.
    • Once your application is reviewed and approved, you become an affiliate.
  • Share your link:
    • You are issued a unique tracking link or referral code that points to PushSignal.
    • You start promoting your link through your website, social media, email, community, or other channels.
  • Start earning:
    • When a user you refer signs up using your link and begins paying for a PushSignal plan, you may earn a commission on their payments.
    • Commission is calculated on eligible payments made by qualified referred users, up to the agreed rate.
  • Withdraw your money:
    • When your approved commission balance reaches at least 500 INR, you can request a withdrawal.
    • Once we process your request, the payout will be sent to the payment method you have specified in your affiliate dashboard.
• Referral Tracking and Qualification
  • Commissions are calculated only for users who sign up by clicking your approved tracking link or using your unique referral code.
  • A qualified referral is generally:
    • A new user, not an existing or returning customer, duplicate account, or internal/”test” account.
    • A user who completes a valid payment for an eligible PushSignal plan.
    • A user who is not referred through spam, fraud, cloned sites, unauthorized coupons, or other unacceptable methods.
  • PushSignal uses internal systems to measure attribution, commissions, and payouts, and our records are the primary source for determining valid referrals.
  • We are not responsible for tracking issues caused by blocked scripts, ad blockers, misconfigured links, or manual errors.
• Commission and Payouts
  • Commission rates are generally in the range of 0% to 20% of eligible payments made by users you refer, subject to any specific campaign‑based or plan‑based terms PushSignal decides.
  • Commissions are calculated only on:
    • Valid, completed payments.
    • Eligible plans and subscription types defined by PushSignal.
  • Commissions do not apply to:
    • Free trials unless explicitly stated.
    • Fraudulent or duplicate accounts.
    • Refunds, chargebacks, or canceled payments.
    • Coupon‑driven or discounted offers that explicitly exclude affiliate earnings.
  • Commissions may be adjusted or removed if:
    • Payments are refunded, charged back, or canceled.
    • Referrals are detected as spam, abusive, or fraudulent.
    • Promotional methods violate our program rules.
  • The minimum withdrawal amount is 500 INR.
  • Once your approved balance reaches 500 INR or more, you can request a withdrawal via the affiliate dashboard or support channels.
  • Approved payouts will be transferred using the payment method you specify (e.g., bank transfer, UPI, or other supported methods), subject to processing time and fees.
• Eligibility and Approval
  • Applying to the affiliate program does not guarantee approval.
  • We may review your website, social media, traffic sources, audience quality, and promotional style before approving you as an affiliate.
  • We may reject or remove affiliates that:
    • Use spam, misleading content, or deceptive tactics.
    • Target abusive or low‑quality traffic.
    • Violate push‑notification, spam, or data‑protection rules.
    • Damage the PushSignal brand or user experience.
  • We may suspend or terminate affiliate status at any time in our sole discretion.
• Acceptable Promotion Methods
  • You may promote your PushSignal affiliate link through:
    • Your website, blog, or community.
    • Social media, newsletters, or personal networks.
    • Online communities, forums, or groups where allowed.
    • Online ads, SEO, or paid‑search campaigns, if compliant with ad‑platform policies.
  • When promoting PushSignal, you must:
    • Clearly state that you are promoting a paid service.
    • Disclose your affiliate relationship where required by applicable law or platform rules.
    • Use honest, non‑misleading language about PushSignal features, pricing, and benefits.
  • You may not:
    • Use false or exaggerated claims, fake testimonials, or guarantees we do not provide.
    • Send unsolicited spam emails, SMS, push notifications, or other unwanted messages.
    • Buy clicks, fake subscribers, or paid traffic that violates our acceptable‑use rules.
    • Redirect users through deceptive or cloaked pages, hidden links, or misleading buttons.
    • Use PushSignal branding or our name in ways that suggest direct sponsorship or endorsement that does not exist.
• Self‑Referrals, Fraud, and Abuse
  • You may not promote your affiliate link to yourself or to accounts you control.
  • Self‑referrals, fake users, or circular referral schemes are not eligible for any commission.
  • If we detect fraud, abuse, or attempts to manipulate tracking or payouts, we may:
    • Withhold or cancel commissions.
    • Reduce or remove your affiliate balance.
    • Suspend or terminate your affiliate account.
  • We may also refer cases of serious fraud or abuse to legal or payment‑processor authorities.
• Chargebacks, Refunds, and Disputes
  • If a customer successfully requests a refund, chargeback, or dispute for a payment you referred, the related commission may be subtracted from your balance or withheld from future payouts.
  • We may adjust your commission balance or suspend payouts during investigations of chargebacks, disputes, or potential fraud.
• Brand, Trademarks, and Promotional Rules
  • You may use the PushSignal name and approved logos to promote your affiliate links, but only in a way that follows any branding guidelines we provide.
  • You may not:
    • Create or imply that you are the official PushSignal store, reseller, or support team.
    • Use our branding in a way that misleads users, confuses brands, or suggests affiliation beyond affiliate status.
    • Modify or distort PushSignal logos or creative assets.
  • All advertising and promotional material must comply with applicable laws and platform policies.
• Communication and Updates
  • We may contact you via email or within the affiliate dashboard regarding:
    • Program updates.
    • Commission changes.
    • Payout schedules.
    • Policy changes or violations.
  • You are responsible for keeping your contact and payment details updated in your affiliate account.
• Program Changes and Termination
  • We may add, remove, change, or suspend the affiliate program at any time, including commission rates, minimum payout, eligibility rules, or tracking methods.
  • We may suspend or terminate your affiliate account:
    • If you violate this Affiliate Policy, our Terms and Conditions, or our Acceptable Use Policy.
    • If we detect abuse, spam, fraud, or technical manipulation.
    • For any other reason at our sole discretion.
  • After suspension or termination, any remaining balance may still be paid, at our discretion and subject to applicable rules, disputes, or fraud review.
  • Termination does not cancel valid obligations you may owe to us, such as repayment of funds obtained through fraud or abuse.
• Refunds, Cancellations, and No Guarantee of Earnings
  • Participation in the affiliate program does not guarantee that you will earn commissions.
  • Some referred users may not sign up, may not pay, or may cancel or refund their purchases, which can reduce or eliminate your commission.
  • Market conditions, pricing changes, product updates, or policy changes may affect how many referrals you generate and how much you earn.
  • You are responsible for your own promotional costs, including website hosting, advertising, tools, or time spent marketing PushSignal.
• Indemnification
  • You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PushSignal and PRGPSL (Parag Porwal Software Lab) from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the affiliate program, your promotional activities, or your violations of this Affiliate Policy or applicable law.
• Governing Law and Jurisdiction
  • This Affiliate Policy will be governed by the laws of India.
  • Subject to applicable law, the courts located in Bhilwara, Rajasthan, shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this Affiliate Policy or the PushSignal Affiliate Program.
