This Acceptable Use Policy explains what you may and may not do when using PushSignal, a platform operated by PRGPSL (Parag Porwal Software Lab).

By using PushSignal, registering an account, starting a free trial, purchasing a plan, sending notifications, or connecting websites to the platform, you agree to follow this Acceptable Use Policy along with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and all other related rules posted on our website.

      • Use fake urgency, countdowns, or countdowns designed to mislead.
      • Send notifications that are misleading, extortionate, or manipulative.

    • Content must be accurate, fair, and aligned with what users reasonably expect from your brand or website.
  • Subscriber Consent and Permissions
    • You are responsible for:

      • Obtaining valid and informed consent where required by law or platform rules.
      • Respecting unsubscribe choices, browser‑level permission changes, and opt‑out requests.
      • Providing a way for users to manage or stop notifications easily.
    • You must not:
      • Hide or downplay what notifications will be sent.
      • Use pre‑checked boxes or forced opt‑ins that do not reflect true choice.
      • Encourage or reward users to grant permission only to then abuse that permission.
  • Prohibited Content Types
    • Without limited‑case approval from PushSignal, you must not use PushSignal to promote or send notifications about:
      • Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or related services.
      • Pirated, counterfeit, or infringing products.
      • Malware, spyware, or harmful software.
      • Phishing, fake offers, or scam campaigns.
      • Adult content or pornography in a way that violates applicable laws or payment‑or‑platform rules.
      • Unlicensed or illegal gambling, betting, or lottery services.
      • Unqualified or misleading financial, investment, or trading advice.
      • Prohibited political propaganda or illegal election‑related activity.
    • PushSignal may expand or clarify this list over time as needed.
  • Abuse of the Platform
    • You must not use PushSignal for:
      • Automated or semi‑automated spam campaigns.
      • Buying, trading, or sharing fake subscribers or click‑bot traffic.
      • Stress‑testing, brute‑forcing, or intentionally overloading our systems.
      • Sending misleading or deceptive affiliate offers that hijack or distort user expectations.
    • You must not:
      • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, throttling, or sending‑speed controls.
      • Use multiple accounts or fake data to bypass restrictions or trigger more sends than allowed.
      • Reverse‑engineer, abuse, or exploit vulnerabilities in the platform.
  • Brand, Trademark, and Identity Misuse
    • You must not represent yourself as PushSignal’s official support, reseller, partner, or representative unless explicitly authorized in writing.
    • You must not use the PushSignal brand, logo, or name in a way that confuses users, suggests sponsorship, or misleads about the relationship between you and PushSignal.
    • You must not:
      • Clone or mirror our dashboard, signup flow, or pricing pages.
      • Use our branding for deceptive or phishing‑style landing pages.
      • Create false support or “help” pages that mislead users about who is providing support.
  • Third‑Party Rights and Intellectual Property
    • You must not use PushSignal to send notifications that infringe copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, privacy, or any other third‑party rights.
    • You must not:
      • Send copyrighted text, images, or media without proper authorization.
      • Use others’ brands or trademarks in a way that misrepresents sponsorship or affiliation.
      • Use PushSignal to harass, threaten, stalk, or defame others.
    • PushSignal may remove or restrict content that appears to infringe third‑party rights, at our discretion.
  • Subscriber Data and Abuse
    • You must not buy, sell, or share personal subscriber data obtained through PushSignal with unauthorized parties.
    • You must not:
      • Use PushSignal to collect or export data in ways that violate privacy laws or our Privacy Policy.
      • Combine PushSignal‑related data with other data sources solely for abusive or spam‑oriented targeting.
    • You are responsible for handling subscriber data responsibly and in line with your own legal obligations as the data controller or processor.
  • Prohibited Promotions and Tactics
    • You must not use PushSignal for:
      • “Make money fast” or “guaranteed high‑return” schemes.
      • Unverified investment or trading offers.
      • Exaggerated or fake success stories or testimonials.
