About PushSignal
PushSignal is a software‑as‑a‑service platform that helps users manage web push notifications, subscriber collection, campaigns, flows, segments, automations, analytics, integrations, and related communication tools.
We may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, features, pricing, or functionality at any time, with or without notice, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Acceptance of Terms
By using PushSignal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are using PushSignal on behalf of a business, agency, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use PushSignal.
Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law to use PushSignal. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service is legal in your jurisdiction and in the jurisdictions where your subscribers or website visitors are located.
Account Registration
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, misuse, or a security breach related to your account.
Free Trial
PushSignal may provide a free trial by default when a user registers for the service. Free trial access is provided for evaluation and testing purposes and may be limited by time, subscriber count, features, campaigns, notifications, storage, or other usage conditions determined by PushSignal.
We reserve the right to change, restrict, extend, disable, or withdraw free trial access at any time without creating any obligation to continue free access indefinitely.
Free trial users must comply with these Terms in the same manner as paid users.
Plans and Purchases
PushSignal may offer free and paid plans with different limits, features, and usage allowances. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees for the selected plan.
Paid access begins only after your purchase is confirmed by PushSignal.
Paid plans do not renew automatically. Access to paid features continues only for the purchased service period. After that period ends, continued access to paid features may require a fresh purchase, manual renewal, or plan change.
We may revise plan features, limits, pricing, or packaging at any time. Any revised pricing will apply prospectively unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may stop using PushSignal at any time.
If you purchase a paid plan and later choose not to continue, your access to paid features may remain available only until the end of the active service period, unless suspended or terminated earlier under these Terms.
Because PushSignal is a digital software service, payments made for activated plans are generally non‑refundable once service access has been granted or the service term has started.
However, we may review refund requests on a case‑by‑case basis in situations such as duplicate payments, accidental overpayment, technical billing errors, or exceptional service‑related issues, at our sole discretion.
A separate Cancellation and Refund Policy may be published later and, once published, will be considered part of these Terms to the extent applicable.

– You have violated these Terms.
– Your use creates legal, security, reputational, or operational risk.
– Your activities involve spam, abuse, fraud, or prohibited content.
– Your actions harm the platform, other users, or third parties.
You may also stop using the service at any time.
